Pneumatic Diaphragm Centrifuge Feed Pump

Complete air-operated diaphragm feed pump assembly for feeding oil into the centrifuge inlet at a controlled, metered rate. The ideal feed pump for US Filtermaxx centrifuge systems — delivers steady flow without emulsifying contaminants the way gear pumps can.

Includes an air pressure regulator for the incoming air supply. Connect your shop compressed air to the regulator and set the pressure to dial in the feed rate — lower pressure gives lower flow. The regulator also keeps line pressure surges from reaching the pump.

A key safety feature: when the centrifuge inlet is closed or the downstream line is blocked, the pump automatically stops pumping — no pressure buildup, no overload, no damage. Open the line and it resumes immediately.
