Refund Policy:  ALL SALES FINAL AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

US Filtermaxx will NOT accept returns shipped more than 7 days after delivery. All returns must have a RMA number and date BEFORE shipping. The RMA must be displayed on the outside of the box. Any equipment that has been used, altered or modified in any way is not returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS, NONSTOCK ITEMS AND CUSTOM BUILDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. 

CRATING COST FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

CANCELED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO REFUND LESS 3.5% ORDER PROCESSING FEE

DEPOSIT and BALANCE DUE: a NON REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT may be required to start building equipment. Buyer will be notified upon completion of equipment and balance is due at time of shipment. Equipment not paid for after 14 days after completion will be subject to a monthly storage storage fee of 8.3% the of total cost of the equipment. Any balances not paid within 30 days after notification of product completion, assumes that you have abandoned the project and forfeits the equipment and down payment. The equipment will be put back into active sellable inventory. The buyer accepts no recourse for loss of equipment down payment 30 days after notification of completion.

US Filtermaxx guarantees the product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship only. US Filtermaxx does not guarantee product is suitable for any purpose. US Filtermaxx will refund your payment if the item is returned unused within 14 days from the date of delivery less return shipping expense. There will be a 20% restocking charge on non-defective returns. Freight charges are nonrefundable. Items damaged by abuse, misuse or improper installation, disassembly, modification or mishandling are not refundable. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, clean and resalable condition. If returned product is in anything but new form, it is at the discretion of US Filtermaxx if the full refund will be applied or not. No refunds are issued until the product is received back to US Filtermaxx and reviewed. All shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer.
