Terms Of Service
Filtermaxx LLC will repair or replace any part deemed to be defective by Filtermaxx LLC for one year from the date of purchase. Defective parts must be returned to Filtermaxx LLC for inspection. Judgement by Filtermaxx LLC is final. Warranty does not cover shipping charges to or from the Filtermaxx facility. Filtermaxx LLC does not guarantee this product is suitable for any purpose what so ever and buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Filtermaxx LLC for any and all loss or damage from use of this product. Filtermaxx LLC is liable for replacement of defective parts only. Baldor motors have a factory warranty and must be returned to Baldor for service.
Installation and Operation
Buyer assumes full responsibility for proper installation operation and maintenance of equipment by meeting all specifications, standards and codes set forth by US Filtermaxx, OSHA, and NFPA including all local codes and regulations. All installations must be performed by a licensed electrician and must be permitted and inspected as required by law and all afore mentioned regulatory groups. Buyer will meet all regulations for safe handling of hazardous or flammable liquids and vapors. Buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Filtermaxx LLC, its employees and associates for any and all losses. Buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all losses from use of this equipment and any and all losses due to improper installation, improper operation, failure to maintain or operation in a state of disrepair and or failure to meet any of the aforementioned standards.
Purchase Orders are binding agreements and are NON Cancellable. Equipment must be paid for prior to shipment. Equipment not paid and shipped after 30 days will be forwarded to storage and cost of storage will be added to the invoice. After 30 days 8.33% of the invoice total will be added per month until paid. Buyer is responsible for cost of collection including but not limited to all court costs and attorney's fees. After 120 days of non payment, buyer agrees that equipment may be put up for sale and buyer forfeits any and all payments made towards equipment and has no recourse to recover such payments or deposit.
Payment of Invoices: Equipment not paid and shipped after 60 days will be forwarded to storage and cost of storage will be added to the invoice. After 30 days 8.33% of the invoice total will be added per month until paid. Buyer is responsible for cost of collection including but not limited to all court costs and attorney's fees. After 120 days of non payment, buyer agrees that equipment may be put up for sale and buyer forfeits any and all payments made towards equipment and had no recourse to recover such payments or deposit.
