Deluxe Centrifuge Controller

The Deluxe Centrifuge Controller gives you full hands-off control of your centrifuge system. It automates the sludge purge cycle like the Basic controller and adds an adjustable run duration that shuts the whole system down automatically — set it at the end of the day and let it clean oil overnight or through a full batch unattended.

Power source: select 120V or 240V when ordering

• 120V — for 120V centrifuges. Requires a NEMA 5-20R receptacle (120V AC, 20A).
• 240V — for 240V centrifuges. Requires a NEMA L6-20R receptacle (240V AC, 20A), or can be hardwired.

Plug-In Design — Add It Anytime

The controller has a 6" output lead ending in a NEMA 5-20R (120V) or NEMA L6-20R (240V) receptacle, and the centrifuge motor comes with a 6 ft power lead (whip) that plugs into it. Plug the controller into your power source, plug the centrifuge's whip into the controller's output lead, and you're running. Because nothing is hardwired between the two, you can add a controller to an existing centrifuge at any time, or plug the centrifuge's whip straight into your matching outlet and run it without the controller whenever you need to.

Adjustable Cycle Time

Set the run time between sludge purges to match your oil. Dirty oil loads the bowl quickly and needs shorter cycles; cleaner oil can run longer between purges. At the end of each cycle the ball valve closes, the centrifuge purges, and the next cycle begins automatically.

Adjustable Run Duration

Set how long the system runs in total. When the run duration expires, the ball valve closes and the centrifuge shuts down automatically — no need to be there to turn it off.

Up to 4× Less Bowl Cleaning

Adding a controller can reduce how often you clean the bowl by up to 4 times. Sludge is purged automatically on every cycle while it is still fluid enough to flow out the sludge drain holes — instead of staying in the bowl, drying into a hard "cake" and having to be scraped out by hand.
