Return Policy:  ALL SALES FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS.

US Filtermaxx will NOT accept returns shipped more than 14 days after delivery. All returns must have a RMA number and date BEFORE shipping. The RMA must be displayed on the outside of the box.

SPECIAL ORDERS, NONSTOCK ITEMS AND CUSTOM BUILDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. BALDOR MOTORS ARE SPECIAL ORDER AND NON RETURNABLE. BALDOR MOTORS HAVE A FACTORY WARRANTY AND MUST BE RETURNED TO BALDOR FOR SERVICE.

US Filtermaxx guarantees the product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship only. US Filtermaxx does not guarantee product is suitable for any purpose. US Filtermaxx will refund your payment if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. There will be a 20% restocking charge on nondefective returns. Freight charges are nonrefundable. Items damaged by abuse, misuse or improper installation, disassembly, modification or mishandliing are not refundable. Items must be returned in undamaged, clean and resaleable condition. All shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer.

 Warranty:

Installation and Operation

Buyer assumes full responsibility for proper installation operation and maintenance of equipment by meeting all specifications, standards and codes set forth by US Filtermaxx, OSHA, and NFPA including all local codes and regulations. All installations must be performed by a licensed electrician and must be permitted and inspected as required by law and all afore mentioned regualtory groups. Buyer will meet all regulations for safe handling of hazardous or flammable liquids and vapors. Buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Filtermaxx LLC, its employees and associates for any and all losses. Buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all losses from use of this equipment and  any and all losses due to improper installation, improper operation, failure to maintain or operation in a state of disrepair and or failure to meet any of the aforemetioned standards. 

Purchase Orders are binding agreements and are NON Cancellable. Equipment must be paid for prior to shipment. Equipment not paid and shipped after 60 days will beforwared to storage and cost of storage will be added to the invoice. After 30 days 1.5% of the invoice total will be added per month until paid. Buyer is responsible for cost of collection including but not limted to all court cost and attorney fees. After 120 days of non payment, buyer agrees that equipment may be put up for sale and buyer forfeits any and all payments made towards equipment and had no recourse to recover such payments or deposit.
