200,000 BTU Waste Oil Burner with Compressor

The US Filtermaxx 200,000 BTU Waste Oil Burner isn't particular. It burns virtually any waste oil including: waste motor oil, waste vegetable oil, transmission fluid, heavy gear oil, synthetic oil, hydraulic oil, diesel, waste mineral spirits and glycerin. The adjustable heated feed tank goes up to 250°F — hot enough to make even thick gear oil flow freely.

Adjustable output from 80,000 to 200,000 BTU. Arrives pre-adjusted to approximately 120,000 BTU. Compressor is mounted directly on the burner — no external air supply required.

Includes: heated automatic oil feed pump, heated oil reservoir tank with adjustable thermostat, Siemens microprocessor controller, Danfoss ignition circuit, air compressor, air regulator, and all braided hoses.

How it works:

The burner follows a fully automatic startup sequence: the feed pump fills the oil reservoir, the oil heater brings the oil to temperature, the fan starts and purges the nozzle and furnace for 10 seconds, then the electronic ignitor fires. The electric eye confirms flame before the air valve opens for full operation. The system shuts down automatically if air pressure is out of range or flame is not detected.

Compatible fuels:

Waste motor oil, waste vegetable oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic oil, gear oil, synthetic oil, diesel, heating oil, kerosene, waste mineral spirits, glycerin. For difficult or contaminated oil, blend 1/3 diesel to light the burner, then transition to waste oil once lit.

Oil quality note:

Maintenance:

• Periodically clean the air input tube with carburetor cleaner to remove deposits
• Drain water from the float tank using the ball valve
• Clean the oil strainer to remove debris
• Clean nozzle with carb cleaner when cold if coked

Fault light reset: turn power off for 5 minutes, correct the fault, then press the reset button.

⚠ Important installation notes:

• Supply tank MUST be lower than the burner — siphoning can flood the furnace with oil
• Burner exhaust must be vented to the outside — do not operate in a closed building
• Install and operate by qualified personnel only
• 1-year warranty on defects in materials and workmanship
