Built entirely from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with a cast iron base and vibration isolators, this machine is engineered for demanding continuous-flow solid-liquid separation — algae harvesting, oil processing, botanical extraction, and more.

At 200 GPH and 1,250G with a 17.75 inch diameter bowl (5.85 gallon capacity), this is one of the most capable centrifuges in its class. Unlike batch-style perforated bowl machines, the solid bowl runs continuously — feed in one end, clean liquid out the other, sludge discharging through the 1 inch discharge tube while the machine keeps running.

How it works:

Material is fed into the spinning bowl through the 1 inch quick disconnect input. Centrifugal force at 1,250G separates material by density — lighter liquid fractions overflow and exit through the 2 inch quick disconnect output while heavier solids migrate to the bowl wall and are discharged through the 1 inch sludge discharge tube without stopping the machine. An observation window lets the operator monitor the separation layer in real time and adjust the discharge pick tube position for precise layer extraction.
