This powerful 3 HP perforated bowl centrifuge is built for high-capacity batch separation of solids from liquid suspensions. The large 17.75 inch diameter bowl generates 1,220 G's of centrifugal force, retaining solids in the filter bag while liquid discharges cleanly through the perforated bowl wall and out the bottom of the machine.

Comes complete with a full set of filter bags from 1 to 100 micron — ready to process on arrival. Select the micron rating that matches your target particle size. When the solid cake has reached the desired thickness and dryness, stop the centrifuge, remove the bag through the top, and discharge the retained material. Ideal for applications requiring collection and drying of fine solids from liquid streams.

How it works:

Material is fed into the rotating drum through the 1-1/4 inch input port on top. Centrifugal force drives the liquid phase through the filter bag and perforated bowl wall, discharging out the bottom. Solids accumulate inside the bag as a built-up cake. The cake is spun to the required dryness level, then the centrifuge is stopped and the bag is removed through the top of the machine.
