Designed for algae harvesting, WVO/WMO processing, biodiesel clarification, and large-scale solid-liquid separation, this machine runs continuously without stopping between batches. Sludge purges through the 1 inch bowl discharge while the centrifuge keeps running — maximizing throughput on demanding production schedules.

How it works:

Material is fed continuously into the spinning bowl through the 1-1/4 inch quick disconnect input. At 1,000G, centrifugal force separates material by density — lighter liquid fractions overflow and exit through the 2 inch quick disconnect output while heavier solids migrate to the bowl wall and discharge through the 1 inch purge port without stopping the machine. The observation window lets the operator monitor the separation layer in real time and adjust the discharge pick tube for precise layer extraction.
