Use this high-capacity perforated bowl bag centrifuge to filter cannabis, hemp, and botanical extracts from solution — fast, efficiently, and at scale. With 30–35 lbs of dry hemp capacity per batch and a large 24 inch diameter bowl generating 900G, this is the workhorse of extraction operations that need to move serious volume.

The 5 HP motor with variable speed drive gives operators full control over G-force, making this machine equally capable across pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical applications — not just hemp. How it works:

Material is fed into the rotating drum through the 1-1/4 inch input port on top. Centrifugal force at 900G drives the liquid phase through the filter bag and perforated bowl wall, discharging out the bottom. Solids — hemp cake, botanical matter, crystals, biomass — are retained inside the bag as a built-up cake. The cake is spun to the required dryness level. Once ready, the centrifuge is stopped, the spindle brake brings the bowl to a quick halt, and the bag is removed through the top of the machine.
