The US Filtermaxx 2,400G 12V DC centrifuge delivers the same proven separation performance as the AC model, powered entirely by 12V DC. Perfect for mobile lube service trucks, marine vessels, off-grid solar systems, RVs, farm equipment and any installation where AC power is unavailable.

⚠ Never introduce liquid into an empty bowl at full speed. Fill the bowl during start-up acceleration to prevent bowl imbalance.

Centrifugal separation effectiveness depends on the particle class being separated:

• 100–1,500G — Macro/Cellular: whole cells, sand, large debris
• 1,500–10,000G — Microbial/Organelle: bacteria, fine emulsions, oil contamination
• 10,000–30,000G — Subcellular: mitochondria, DNA precipitates

Higher G-force provides better separation quality for finer particles — not necessarily higher flow rate.

Ships without power leads — select the 30 ft DC Power Lead Kit option (1/0 AWG, Anderson SB175, 90 A) when ordering, or wire the motor directly to your DC power source.

Vibration isolator option — select it when ordering to add 4 isolator feet (CST-313), or add them later.
