External bypass kit for WCB gear pump assemblies. Protects the pump from overpressure and allows controlled recirculation when the discharge is closed or restricted. Rated for WCB pump systems up to 25 GPM.
How it works:
The bypass kit installs on the outlet side of the pump. When discharge pressure exceeds the set relief point, the pressure relief valve opens and routes flow back to the supply — preventing pump damage, motor overload and hose failure. When the discharge is fully open the bypass stays closed and all flow goes to the outlet.
Includes:
- Pressure relief valve (Dayton 4KHA1A) — set to open at bypass pressure
- All mounting hardware
Compatible with:, and pump heads on any US Filtermaxx electric or gas WCB pump assembly.
⚠ Max 25 GPM — do not use on high-speed 3,500 RPM assemblies pumping above 25 GPM continuously.
