56C Electric Motor Gear Pump Head Kit — 1" NPT — 24 GPM Max (Customer Motor)

Gear pump head kit for mounting to any C-Face motor. 1" NPT ports. Up to 24 GPM at 3,500 RPM. Max 44 PSI. Self-priming. Reversible.

Includes pump head, C-Flange Motor Mount Plate, 3-jaw coupler and all mounting hardware. Bolt on your motor and go — no additional parts required.

Motor compatibility:

Pairs with any C-Face motor flange with a 5/8" diameter x 3/16" keyed shaft. The adapter plate mounts directly to the motor's C-Face flange. AC, DC, single phase, three phase and variable speed motors are all compatible provided they have a standard C-Face flange and correct shaft dimensions.

Fluid viscosity guide:

• Heavy fluids (WMO, gear lube, cold WVO) — use a 1,750 RPM motor with a larger pump head for maximum torque and reliable priming
• Light fluids (diesel, biodiesel, warm WVO) — a 3,500 RPM motor with a smaller pump head achieves the same flow rate in a more compact, lighter package

Match your motor speed and pump size to your fluid for best performance and longest pump life.

Recommended hose size:

• 3/4" ID — 8 GPM Max.
• 1" ID — 16 GPM Max.
• 1-1/4" ID — 24 GPM Max.

For thick or viscous fluids (WMO, gear lube, cold oil) upsize the suction hose by one size to reduce restriction and improve priming.

Optional bypass kit available — add ASM-GRP-305 (External Bypass Kit — 25 GPM Max) to your order. With the bypass kit installed you can add a shut-off valve on the discharge hose to start and stop flow without turning the motor on and off — the bypass automatically recirculates fluid when the valve is closed, protecting the pump from overpressure.

⚠ DO NOT RUN DRY — always ensure fluid is present before starting the pump. Running dry will damage the pump seals and void the warranty.
