Self-priming gear pump for oil, fuel and fluid transfer.

  • Motor: 1 HP TEFC, NEMA 56C frame, 1-phase 120/240V
  • On/off switch: waterproof 20A toggle switch — included as standard
  • Self-priming — no flooded inlet required
  • Handles all viscosities from diesel fuel to gear lube

Typical applications:

  • WVO, WMO, diesel, biodiesel, lube oil, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid
  • Tank to tank transfer, oil changes, mobile service, deep fryer oil
  • Marine, farm, shop and industrial fluid transfer

External Bypass Kit option — select it when ordering, or add ASM-GRP-305 (External Bypass Kit — 25 GPM Max) later. Protects the pump from overpressure and allows recirculation with the discharge closed.

This is the High Speed (Light Fluid) configuration — smaller pump head running at higher RPM achieves the same flow rate with a more compact, lighter motor. Best suited for diesel, biodiesel, light WVO and other low-viscosity fluids.
