Industrial high-speed cylinder centrifuge for continuous three-phase separation at 160 GPH. The most compact and highest G-force model in the US Filtermaxx cylinder centrifuge lineup — at 17,000G and 20,000 RPM, it delivers the most aggressive separation performance of the three, ideal for difficult fine-particle separations and applications where space is limited.

Built for clarifying liquids, separating difficult emulsions of two liquids with light concentrations of suspended solids and a small differential in specific gravity. The same interchangeable ring and nozzle system as the larger models gives the operator full control over the separation zone and feed rate:

• 3 interchangeable separating rings of different diameters control the separation boundary between the two liquid phases in the top of the cylinder
• 4 interchangeable feed nozzles in the bottom of the centrifuge body control input flow rate

At 0.594 gallons (2.25 liters) bowl capacity, this unit is the right choice for lower-volume, high-precision separation applications — pilot-scale production, lab-to-production bridging, or any process where separation quality matters more than raw throughput.
