US Filtermaxx manual and automatic centrifuges easily handle heavy filtration and liquid-solid separations where the suspended solids are heavier than the liquid. US Filtermaxx Centrifuge Systems are ideal for liquid-liquid and liquid-solid centrifugal separation, solids dewatering, centrifuge liquid filtration and fluid clarification
Because many filtering operations produce vapors, USfiltermaxx centrifuges are purpose designed, self-ventilating to exhaust water and alcohol vapors so that they do not flow into the cleaned oil tank or condense inside the centrifuge, contaminating the oil or biodiesel. Our centrifuges conveniently fit on top of a standard 55 gallon drum for small batch cleaning and are available with fully automatic controls for continuous operation.

- Input ¼ inch NPT. Output 1¼ inch NPT.
- Operating load is taken by 1-inch diameter spindle with replaceable bearings, not the motor bearings as with some other centrifuges.
- Bowl is removed by the quick release spindle in less than a minute.
- Heavy duty 1 inch thick aluminum centrifuge body for rigidity and minimal vibration.
- Rotor is machined aircraft grade aluminum casting.
