Return Policy:
ALL SALES FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS. US Filtermaxx will NOT accept returns shipped more than 14 days after delivery. All return must have a RMA number and date BEFORE shipping. The RMA must be displayed on the outside of the box.
SPECIAL ORDERS, NONSTOCK ITEMS AND CUSTOM BUILDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. BALDOR MOTORS ARE SPECIAL ORDER AND NON RETURNABLE. BALDOR MOTORS HAVE A FACTORY WARRANTY AND MUST BE RETURNED TO BALDOR FOR SERVICE.
US Filtermaxx guarantees the product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship only for one year only. US Filtermaxx does not guarantee product is suitable for any purpose. US Filtermaxx will refund your payment if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. There will be a 20% restocking charge on returns. Freight charges are nonrefundable. Items damaged by abuse, misuse or improper installation, disassembly, modification or mishandliing are not refundable. Items must be returned in undamaged, clean and resaleable condition. All shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer.
